Ted and Susan Fox have been married for over 20 years. They have been working together for more than 25 years and have started and operated many successful businesses in the past. They credit their combined experience, communication skills and organizational abilities with their continued success over the years. These profitable ventures have afforded the Ted and Susan the coveted semi-retired Hawaiian Island lifestyle that they now enjoy.
Ted Fox has a PhD. In Business Psychology and is the founder of the Fox Foundation. In the past, Ted has owned and operated several businesses including a children’s clothing store, a refrigeration company, hair salons and retail shops. He has served as a board member for several prestigious organizations including co-chairman of the Governor Reagan Early Childhood Education committee for the state of California.
Susan Fox has been practicing real estate for 21 years and is the CEO of the Fox Foundation. She has earned a GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation and is the current Director of the Maalaea Community Association in Maui, Hawaii. Susan’s other designations include, Centurion Award Winner3 (multi-million dollar producer), Hawaii Real Estate Broker (licensed over 20 years), e-PRO and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). Susan has also served on the board of the Orange County Cosmetology Association and the Orange County Hair Fashion Committee.
In their spare time, Ted and Susan enjoy taking long walks hand in hand on the beautiful sandy beaches of Maui, collecting seashells at the water’s edge, lounging on their Lanai and watching the spectacular sunsets while listening to the waves crash on the rocks below. The Fox Foundation was founded in 1955 with the goal of educating individuals who did not have the means or vision to turn their personal goals into reality. Among other achievements, the Fox Foundation has helped develop a public park for families in Malibu, California, develop a skate park in Incline Village, Nevada and raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities such as the American Cancer Society, Cystic-Fibrosis Foundation, and various Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The Fox Foundation’s long-term aim is to build a school for phonics where those desire can learn to read and write free.
